Jonathan is called in to investigate the mystery of a girl whose shoulder-length hair has miraculously grown back just 48 hours after a kidnapper cut it all off. He finds himself embroiled in the world of a successful composer who has created the perfect pop star.

Jonathan is hired to shed light on the mystery of how a man can physically transform himself into another person, in front of a witness's eyes. His investigations lead him into a tale of tragic suicide, Groucho Marx and a parrot named Harvey.

When a ghost hunter dedicated to exposing fraud in all it's forms dies in a tragic accident, Jonathan and Carla investigate whether his spirit lives on. Why did the boat crash occur, how did the body disappear and how did the answers to five spontaneous questions mysteriously appear in a bottle beneath the sand?! All will be revealed...!

A top policeman is seen smirking at the scene of a hanging - can Jonathan and Carla help him prove that he has nothing to do with it, especially since there is photographical evidence against him?
